Registration is now open and will close on Friday, April 16th. 

Instructions for registering - Please complete the following steps in order to register for Junior Golf.

1.  Make sure you have a current version of Adobe PDF Reader.  Click here to download the most current version for free.
2. Open the registration form by clicking on the link below.
3. Fill out the form; all fields that are highlighted in red are required.
4. Once all fields are complete, click on the submit button located on the lavender tool bar at the top of the page.
5. A box will appear and you will be asked to type in your email address and name.  Once you have done this, click on send.
6. A black box will then appear at the top of the registration form indicating that your registration has successfully been sent.
7. You can then print a copy for your records, or exit the form.
8. Send a check to the address listed below.  If the name on the check does not match the parent information on your registration form, include a note that states which junior golfer you are paying for.   You can find pricing information by clicking on the Junior Golf Overview page to the left and finding the appropriate program for your child.

Registration will be complete once payment is received.  Payment must be mailed separately.

Email notifications will be sent by the end of April to alert you of program acceptance and confirmation of assigned volunteer dates.

Checks will be shredded if not accepted into the program.  An email notification will be sent in this scenario.
