Registration is now open and will close 3 days prior to each orientation meeting. 

Instructions for registering - Please complete the following steps in order to register for Junior Golf.

1. Make sure you have a current version of Adobe PDF Reader.  Click here to download the most current version for free.
2. Open the registration form by clicking on the link below.
3. Fill out the form; all fields that are highlighted in red are required.
4. Once all fields are complete, click on the submit button located on the lavender tool bar at the top of the page.
5. A box will appear and you will be asked to type in your email address and name.  Once you have done this, click on send.
6. A black box will then appear at the top of the registration form indicating that your registration has successfully been sent.
7. You can then print a copy for your records, or exit the form.
